You’ve got to be kidding. I don’t get HBO.This is not good. I’m not a book reader but I’m a avid movie buff. Any advise.I can’t blame HBO for going for it, but I’d rather see Oxygen or Lifetime pick it up.Heck I wouldn’t care if it was on my horse racing channel as long as I got it.

She’s not a lonely housewife. I’m reading the book right now, Mildred is feisty so far. She suspects her husband is finding pleasure in another woman so she basically kicks him out of the house. And since he’s the source of income, she’s going to have to get out and do something to make a living for her and her kids. This is NOT the ‘bored and lonely housewife’ role like the ones in Little Children and Revolutionary Road which are different characters by the way. This character has a dark twist, it’s very interesting. Especially that it’s going to be an HBO TV adaptation.

Ok so we first had her obsession with period drama’s and now she is obsessed with lonely houswifes…=.= WHY? Enough with the housewifes already we already got Little Children and Revolutionary Road.
